All orders are billed in full prior to shipment of any products. An approval of payment must be received in order to complete the shipment process. If any information can not be verified David Scott Company will make a reasonable effort to contact the customer to rectify the situation. if customer can not be contacted they will not be charged and their order will not be processed.
